Jamie Traeger-Muney, PhD, Founder, Wealth Legacy GroupDr. Jamie Traeger-Muney specializes in the emotional impact of wealth on inheritors, women, and couples. She has revolutionized the conversation of wealth and worth by providing an opportunity to openly discuss the roles money plays in her clients’ lives, enabling them to be passionately engaged in the world and to lead a rich life.She works with multi-generational families, helping them to concretize their values, develop a vision for their future, and create sound governance structures. Jamie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.Jamie’s personal experience as a second generation owner of a family business and board member of her family foundation, combined with her theoretical and practical expertise in wealth psychology, has given her a unique sensitivity to issues surrounding the inter-generational family dynamics of affluence.Jamie is an engaging speaker, whose presentations are insightful and inspiring. She has been featured in major media outlets such as: WSJ, BBC, Bloomberg Business Week and Town & Country Magazine. Based on research done with 4th generation family enterprises, she co-authored, Social Impact in 100-Year Family Businesses: How Family Values Drive Sustainability through Philanthropy, Impact Investing, and CSR as well aspart of Borrowed From Your Grandchildren. Jamie is currently researching Financially Diverse couples, a topic that while becoming increasingly common, has yet to be clinically studied.Jamie has the distinction of being the first psychologist ever to be hired as an employee of a bank, to work with their clients. She worked as a Family Wealth Consultant for Wells Fargo’s Family Wealth Group (now Abbot Downing), a multi-family office platform serving families with $50 million and above in investable assets.Jamie has been married for over 25 years and has two children. She believes strongly in a need to give back to her community, offering pro bono expertise to nonprofit agencies and serving on several community boards.

Joshua is a senior consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group, and works with business families to help them become more intentional and organized to achieve their goals. He’s adept at working with multigenerational families to integrate their diverse perspectives and create structured plans for continuity.

Joshua has helped family businesses of all sizes create and develop governance forums, communication and decision-making processes, ownership development initiatives, and family retreat planning. 

An active collaborator and thought leader in the field, Joshua is co-author of numerous articles. He’s the co-author of the book Family Champions and Champion Families, which explores the role of family leaders in creating enduring business family success. 

Joshua has also presented on a range of issues, including next-generation leadership development, multiple roles, incorporating married-ins, and creating generational cohorts. 

Christian Broyhill, LPCChristian Broyhill operates NextGen Journeys, a company that seeks to bring important conversations regarding mental health and resiliency into family-owned businesses. She especially enjoys working with NextGen family members discerning their personal identity in light of their larger family success narrative. Prior to living in Raleigh, Christian operated a private counseling practice based out of Denver, Colorado, where she primarily served emerging adults navigating issues vocation, spirituality, and trauma. Additionally, she spent several years working and receiving ongoing training at The Blue Bench, a trauma agency in Denver.Christian is a graduate of Episcopal High School and Furman University. She possesses a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Denver Seminary. She has earned two advanced counseling certificates from The Allender Center, where she received training specifically related to group facilitation. Additionally, Christian has completed Forum Fundamentals training and Moderator Training through the Young President’s Organization and remains active in her YPO Next Generation forum. Christian has one daughter named Harbour. Her hobbies include singing with the Duke Evensong Singers at Duke Chapel and spending time outdoors hiking or climbing.
